How it works

Email us at returns@sevnbd.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Drop off the package at any courier service. We recommend using a tracked service. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
